Refund Policy

1. Project-Based Services

All project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. StrativexSolutions operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Each milestone payment is due upon delivery and approval of the corresponding deliverable. Once a milestone is approved and paid, no refund will be issued for that milestone.

2. Pre-Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

3. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, you may be entitled to a partial refund proportional to the uncompleted milestones. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed versus the total project scope.

4. Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with deliverables, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. StrativexSolutions will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and revise deliverables within the original project scope. No refunds will be issued for revision requests that fall outside the agreed project scope.

5. Force Majeure

StrativexSolutions shall not be liable for refunds in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, internet outages, or third-party service failures beyond our control.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging StrativexSolutions for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and StrativexSolutions (the Provider).

2. Scope of Services

StrativexSolutions provides web design, development, and related digital services as outlined in individual project proposals. Each proposal constitutes a separate agreement specifying deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Services not explicitly included in the proposal are considered out of scope.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, the Client receives full ownership of all custom-developed code, designs, and assets created specifically for the project. StrativexSolutions retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how gained during the project. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their original licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to: provide timely feedback and approvals; supply necessary content, assets, and credentials; designate a primary point of contact; respond to queries within 5 business days; and ensure all provided content does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month. StrativexSolutions reserves the right to suspend work if payments are more than 30 days overdue. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes (IVA/VAT).

6. Limitation of Liability

StrativexSolutions' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the relevant project agreement. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. StrativexSolutions reserves the right to terminate immediately if the Client breaches material terms. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
